We deliver the car to you anyewhere within 10km of Kato Paphos. the normal delivery time is 11am If you are staying in holiday accommodation the car will be delivered to you at 11am or before yor arrival time. The key and information pack will be left in the property for you. -

Amendments can only be made by contacting our customer support team on the link below. We do not charge a fee for amending your booking. Bookings cannot be amended within 14 days of the pick-up date unless the period of the booking is being extended. -
When do I pay for my car hire?

The balance must be paid 14 days before the pick-up date can be paid by bank transfer or card. If your booking is made within 14 days of your pick-up date the balance payment must be made immediately after paying the deposit. If you are booking and collecting the car at the same time you can pay in cash. -

No. We will not accept a provisional driving licence. You must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of 3 years. -

No. Payment for the rental cost must be made withing 14 days of the pick-up date. -

There are no add-ons or additional charges apart from the fuel charge where you pay for the amount of fuel you want us to put in the car on collection -

Yes. You can request a child or booster seat on the booking form and this is free of charge. -

What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel a booking within 14 days of the pick-up date you will be given a full refund. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the pick-up date or in the event of a "no show" (when a vehicle is not collected at the agreed pick-up date and the booking is not cancelled in advance) we are unable to provide any refund (a cancellation invoice can be supplied for insurance purposes). No. If the hire duration is ended early, or you are late collecting the vehicle, we are unable to provide a refund for any unused hire days. -

Are there any age restrictions?
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. Because we offer full collision damage insurance cover with no excess the minimum age to rent one of our cars is 30 years old and the upper age limit 79 years. Please contact us on the link below if you are outside this age range as we may be able to offer you a car with an insurance excess. All drivers must have held a valid driving licence for at least 3 years. -

What is the insurance cover?
What is the insurance cover?
We offer FULL insurance cover with a zero excess. The insurance covers damage to the tyres, wheels, roof, underside of the vehicle, glass parts (including the windscreen), wing mirrors, loss or damage to the car key, locks, aerials, windscreen wipers, vehicle documents, registration plates and any additional equipment provided with the vehicle. The insurance does not cover interior damage. Hirers are responsible for all damage and expenses incurred as a result of incorrect use of the vehicle or misfueling. Personal injury and personal effects are NOT covered. -
When will the insurance be invalid?

The insurance becomes INVALID if:
*Anyone whose name is not on the contract drives the vehicle.
*Vehicles are loaded with more passengers than their stated capacity.
*Drivers are found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
*Damage to the vehicle has occurred due to negligence.
*The vehicle is driven on an unmade road (off road) or any road which is unsuitable for vehicles.
*The car is taken out of the country
*Misfuelling.
*The car is stolen after keys are left in the ignition.
* You do not report the damage to Paphos Car Rental before the return date. -

Does damage have to be reported if no one else is involved?
Yes. Any damage to the car must be reported to Paphos Car Rental immediately. We may need you to fill out a damage report for insurance purposes. Depending on how the accident occurred, for example due to negligence, you may be liable for the costs involved; however, this is assessed on a case by case basis by Paphos Car Rental. If damage is not reported to Paphos Car Rental before the return date you will be liable for the costs involved. -

If you are involved in an accident you must obtain a police report and contact Paphos Car Rental to advise them of the accident immediately.They will need you to fill out a damage report for insurance purposes. Depending on how the accident occurred, for example due to negligence, you may be liable for the costs involved; however, this is assessed on a case by case basis by Paphos Car Rental. -
What happens if I get a speeding or parking fine?
What happens if I get a speeding or parking fine?
Drivers remain responsible for any parking or speeding fines that may occur whilst renting one of our vehicles. If you receive a ticket while you are in Cyprus payment should be made to the local relevant authorities prior to leaving the island. Some fixed traffic cameras (usually at a crossroads) do not send out fines for 2-3 months after the offence. Unpaid fines can be pursued overseas by Cypriot authorities and may incur further penalties for the delay. -

Unlimited mileage (subject to fair usage) is included in our rental price. This ensures that you’re free to drive for as long as you want. -

No, it is forbitten to take the car overseas or through the bortder to North Cyprus. -

Vehicles will be provided with fuel. When booking you will have the option of selecting how much fuel you want us to put in the car (€10-50) and this will be added to the final rental cost. -
What documents do I need to provide
What documents do I need to provide
After booking we will request a copy of your driver's license, passport and a signed copy of the rental agreement. You must have held this for 3 years or more. If your licence was not issued in the UK or EU you must also present an International Driving Permit. You will also need to provide your passport as additional proof of identity. UK licence holders do not need to obtain a DVLA code to share their endorsements prior to collection -
Road Tolls, Parking and Traffic Offences

Road tolls are not included in the rental price. Any local charges relating to road tolls, parking and traffic offences are the hirer's responsibility. It is also the hirer's responsibility to abide by all the traffic laws in Cyprus. -

One seat is available free of charge and can be requested when booking. They must be fitted by a parent or guardian). -
Unlimited Mileage
Unlimited Mileage
The rate includes unlimited mileage, which means that you can drive as much as you want. However, we recommend that no individual driver be at the wheel for extended periods and/or without taking appropriate rest. The vehicle cannot be used for commercial purposes. -

Complaints will only be handled if received within 28 days of the hire period ending. We will aim to resolve your complaint within 28 days. -

No, all cars have a strict no smoking policy. The removal of any traces of smoking always involves considerable additional effort and a charge to pay for the cost of cleaning the Vehicle will be made if or any passengers or drivers do not comply with this requirement.
